In order to know “about us,” it is important to know how the Morrison & Son Construction philosophy developed.  Ed Morrison, the owner, knew for years that he wanted to build and remodel homes, so after college graduation, he went to work for a remodeling company.  It was there that he learned what quality craftsmen could and could not deliver to customers.  Later, he worked as a Superintendent for various residential and commercial General Contractors.  This fourteen years of experience taught him what he needed to know about  home remodeling.  He was ready to finally make the break and start off on his own.  As he began formulating his personal philosophy and mission statement, he realized that the construction industry is behind in how it treats its customers.  It was with this in mind that he developed his primary goal and focus: customer satisfaction.  We are a small General Contracting Firm, specializing in building relationships with our clientel.  Ed is involved in every aspect of every project, to ensure that the best possible product is produced for you.  We pride ourselves on the fact that we put you the customer first and not the profit.  Without satisfied customers there is little hope of continued business.

We treat your home like it’s our own

We have long-term relationships with sub-contractors and only select those who are dependable and professional. Keeping your home safe and clean during construction are always top priorities. We’ll perform daily cleanup of the work site and barricade off any unsafe areas.  

An emphasis on customer service

We’ll collaborate with your interior designer and lend a helping hand where it makes sense. If you don’t have a designer, we can recommend one to suit your needs. If you already have a solid idea of what you want, we can provide fine-tuning and design assistance.

When it comes time to select materials and appliances, we’ll supply you with resources. We’ll even schedule appointments for you with salespeople specially trained in the products.
